I am sick of this guy, great he won a race, he better not win the championship again. He should just take a year off, let other people have a chance for a change. Maybe if the flames on his car would become real flames, life would be so much better.
 
He did try taking a year off, but nobody was able to capitlize on it, so now he's deciding to come back and win some races and grab away the championship.
 
paul some people just have better success in diffrent series and in diffrent years. Its not right to talk about jimmie or jeff that way neither of them had relatives to put them in that car they just got that break to get that car they have. Something tells me if TS won a Wc on his roty you would't have complained to much.
 
Also I don't see how someones lack of winning macks them more deservent to win, maybe its just me but I thought people won for a reason ( there pation to win don't just stop after they win a couple cups). Its almso like most people think its wrong for a driver to win alot, almost like a crime.Alright hes won his share imo he can retire now, now this guy can win once he has was this many its time for the next guy.
 
Why would I suddenly change my stance on a rookie winning the cup because it's Tony Stewart? My thoughts on it have nothing to do with the driver in question. I'm able to see the forrest from the trees.

I like Johnson.

Someone suggested that Tony started off with a silver spoon. That's the farthest from the truth.
 
Like I have said before I like Johnson winning the Championship...awesome for the rookie. Jeff Gordon has won too much in my opinion. I have that opinion just because I'm not much of a Gordon fan. If I was I'd want him to continue winning, just I like I do for Sampras even though ppl complain that he has won too much and should just retire...
 
I think the whole " this guy wins to much" comment is just dumb. Imagine if RP or DE just stoped at cup 4 or 5 because nascar fans got tired of them winning.

Hey I got an idea since most dont like to see a few guys winning most of the time. Lets just script it like wwf that sounds so much better. Then we will know who will win every week and wont have to do all this fighting and complaining. WOW I hope that happens no more conflict in nascar how great would that be for everyone :)
 
No scripts are needed, pure reason why I don't watch WWF. I feel for my comment just because I'm not a huge fan of Gordon, just like some ppl say the same thing about my one fav. tennis player becuase they just don't like him that much.
 
All I'm saying, smack, is that Gordon has 4 Cups. It would be nice to see someone else get one.

next time just say that. All im saying is Im tired of seeing or hearing "this guy won to much its time for someone else" like they dont have a right to anymore. Even though I am a jeff fan I admit I like to see stiff competition it isnt fun seeing anyone dominate constantly.

Paul, I just wanted to know if you had the same opinion on Dale Earnhardt and Richiard Petty when the won all the time and each won 7 championships. Jeff Grodon is winning some races again, but he isn't winning every other race like Richard Petty did.

Jeff's earned those four championships and Winston Cups by out driving the other competitors. If they want the cup, they have to outdrive Jeff.
