Cassill was trying to win too, and he upsets Matts car in the tri-oval.
 
Ive watched that last 1/4 lap a few times. Patrick is REALLY scraping for whatever positions she can. LOVED IT. Never give up till the checkers. Almost wrecked but kept her foot in it
 
Going to be tough on Kahne fans for a while

Gordon for nearly missing the Chase because he ran in the back of the pack on purpose all day.

She was in the middle of a bee hive at the end and kept it together. Nice run.

He was supposed to finish in like 17th or better to control his destiny, either got lucky or is the best at figuring the odds and finished 26th. He got a gimmie IMO because the other contenders didn't finish well either.

Had Kyle Busch not wrecked or if Kahne finished 4 positions higher Gordon wouldn't make the Chase. He got really lucky there.
