Kurt Busch

Kurt was the highest finishing SHR driver in points believe it or not (7th). It'll be interesting to see how he'll do when he's back in a Ford next year.

Always have kinda of like Kurt. Seen him win twice, Dover 2011 and Martinsville 2014. Hopes he does the double again one day

Use not to care much for Kurt, but he has changed a bit over the last few years, he still has an attitude sometimes, but at the right moments and not like he use to back in the day at every small thing.

Can I do to this what happens to Kasey Kahne threads

kurt needs to dial back his happy pills a bit, and get some fire in his belly, then he will win more.

Looks like a really cool guy to hang out with. Patricia eat your heart out..................behind bars, lol

I'm afraid I don't understand.

Kurt used to have a thread on here but I think it was lost when the board went down a few months ago. What does Kurt have to do with KK? Are you comparing them? Are you saying my thread was a dumb idea?

I'm just a tad confused.

No, I'm just making a joke. Kasey threads always turn into an excuse for the Kasey haters to come out

It looks like Kurt has a pretty good life going for himself. Lisa, never give up, that could be you lying by his pool someday.;)

lmao Hey Nitro, it's great to see you. You need to post more often. Now with that being said, you made me spit out my water.

I'd settle for meeting Kurt someday and getting a hug. :)

*wiping water off my lap top*

Too bad Kurt was down on speed at the end of the year, first half he looked like a real threat to the title. Going to be interesting watching the move to Ford, Penske cars sure do well and Kurt won his only title in a Ford.

Kurt Busch getting married: He finished seventh in final points, making NASCAR's Elite Eight, as he calls the Round of 8 in the Chase for the championship, for the second straight year. Plus, his beloved Chicago Cubs finally won the World Series, and he was witness to Game 2 in Cleveland and Game 5 in Chicago. Plus, he's getting married soon. So all things considered - especially the last two - native NASCAR son Kurt Busch said the 2016 season has been a good one. He sneaked in the bit about an impending marriage to girlfriend Ashley Van Metre toward the end of the media scrum with Chase drivers leading up to Friday's Champion's Week black-tie awards soiree at Wynn Las Vegas. The two have been engaged since 2015. "To be up in Virginia with my fiancee's family, and then a wedding shortly thereafter," the 2004 Cup Series champion said about his holiday plans. "It's going to be fantastic to be able to go to the Caribbean, and to get married to the love of my life, Ashley, and have my family there, her family, and then before we know it, we'll be back in Daytona. It's going to be a nice off-season. I can't wait." Busch said there would be a grand reception in Florida during January for family and friends.

He sure jumps into relationships pretty quickly..... I hope this one isn't tied up with the CIA or ISIS........

He seems to be a much better race car driver than choices of the women he chooses to hook up with......

I think Ashley has been GREAT for him. She's the opposite of Patricia in just abut every way. But I agree - I think the marriage thingy has come way too quickly. I've been happily married for over 15 years. Knew the day I met my wife that she was the one. Still waited over 3 years to propose, and had a 1.5 year engagement. I'll never understand rushing into marriage (assuming there's not a biological reason, like age as it relates to having kids, which isn't the case here).

Having said that - the wedding reception looks like it's going to be off the hook.
