Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Great thread. I wish more racing forums had this thread instead of over categorizing every little thing. I think a little while back somebody was complaining about not enough threads. Too many thread topics leads to non posting confusion. KISS.

Blaney has said the Penske won't let him race on the dirt. Kinda sucks IMO, his dad runs a sprint car full time and he grew up on a dirt track

Off season r/NASCAR in full swing triggering all the purists. I'm here for it

I have no clue what that's about. What's with putting the #3 on other cars?

Remember how for almost two decades a bunch of Big E fans wanted to see the 3 retired forever, and then AD got the 3 car and some of those Big E fans flipped their lid for defiling Dale's legacy? This is a joke trolling those people.

Is there an ongoing thread for each track somewhere? I need some advice about my first trip to Bristol this coming season.

Going to the night race in the Fall, driving up from Atlanta with 2 of my little ones.

Really just want advice on where I should try to sit and what is a good place to spend the night afterwards, preferably in my direction.

I'd spend the night in either Knoxville or Asheville. Asheville's a little closer Bristol and I-26 has a bit less traffic on a Saturday night. Start with either of those towns and check hotels getting progressively closer on I-26 / I-81. Usually anything within 30 minutes is out of my price range, but your wallet may vary.

When I think of Trucks, I think of Trophy Trucks -- and I guess Robby Gordon has brought a version to Stadium. When I was down in Baja, I head Robby Gordon's name a few times.

The motorcycles are awesome, but the Trophy Trucks are amazing.
