Chase is the one who sat on pit road. NASCAR didn't hold him there.NASCAR claimed they didn’t make it back to line in time for 2nd lap to count. NASCAR is now 3 for 3 with screwing Chase on a scoring call this year.

The timing NASCAR used is not what the tv booth and teams got. Alan and D’Hondt thought they were good by a second. Oh well. How is it NASCARs fault Chase didnt make it back to the line in time to start a second lap?![]()
Fair enoughChase is the one who sat on pit road. NASCAR didn't hold him there.
There's the problem.Alan thought
I could tell that Chase and Alex weren't going to make it back before time expired. They were too far back from the exit of pit road.Chase is the one who sat on pit road. NASCAR didn't hold him there.
i think heat races would be cool, just like in real racingFine -- just make Final Qual a heat race.![]()
That doesn't explain anything at all.. it's still not NASCARs fault Chase didnt make it in timeThe timing NASCAR used is not what the tv booth and teams got. Alan and D’Hondt thought they were good by a second. Oh well.
CopyThere's the problem.
'Special' like the short bus.
I conceded that it was their fault for waiting. What more do you want? That doesn't explain anything at all.. it's still not NASCARs fault Chase didnt make it in time
Alan is not a strategy guy. Also, water is wet.The timing NASCAR used is not what the tv booth and teams got. Alan and D’Hondt thought they were good by a second. Oh well.
I think a hand written apology letter notorized by the president of NASCAR seems fittingI conceded that it was their fault for waiting. What more do you want?

I think that goes without sayingOnly authentic if scribed in crayola.
Also want to point out that they are running nearly 2 seconds slower than last year. The difference in speed is jarring coming out of the turns in how the momentum takes them towards the wall. It really is evident to the human eye.
It’s not going to be the doom of the sport but if you are a fan of how the teams get all of the raw speed out of the cars as possible and drivers being inches from chaos, this probably isnt for you.
Pretty sure the tracks pick them.I soo wish that the guy who picks the singer for the truck race would get moved to cup. Over the years I really believe the trucks have the most consistent and best anthems.
it seem that higher in the ranks the series gets the more it is about the name than a good anthem. Should be the other way around if this is the American pastime if you ask me
I conceded that it was their fault for waiting. What more do you want?
I still say theres no way anyone can tell the difference between 170mph and 200mph on TV
You actually think Nascar will make a smart decision and add horsepower? I don't complain Nascar making changes but this is straight up stupid. It's real obvious at the end of the straights. Cars are still on edge, they are just on edge at WOT. It's not for me but I'm hoping they add some power if this is what we are going to be stuck with.

Yeah sure you can tell when it says how fast they are going.. but I dont care how many people try to tell me they can visually tell the difference between 170 and 200mph on TV I call BSIf you can't you're just refusing to acknowledge it, which is a fine strategy I guess. It is so obvious that they are falling on their face at the end of the straights. They are hauling ass in the corners but it is obvious when they would usually be doing 205 and they are entering at 185.

In real life.. at the track.. sure you can tell the difference but with a camera following the car you simply cant. Nothing anyone says will change my mind on that.
Lmao, whatever you say dude. Perhaps I just have a keener eye than you. I should have been a cop, I guess.
