As a Watcher for over 30 years...

Why is it that people that don't like NASCAR say it's just cars going around in circles when tracks are not circular at all but are instead mostly ovals.

Did they not learn about "shapes" in kindergarten ?

I could not wait to answer some more of these hard hitting questions.

Why do they always show Austin Dillion's wife during the National Anthem?

What is the average bust/waste/hip measurements of a NASCAR wife?

Rumblings are that she is in the mix of being picked up by a major major network and possibly even a movie. It's huge. They are still discussing title, but early signs are pointing to Pop Pop Silver Spoon where she would play lead actress opposite Chris Hemsworth. Austin is great friends with Jerry Bruckheimer's grandson, so it would be an action/romance flick.

I would need to check my records but I believe average measurement to be hovering around 29 3 31

WhY dO pEoPlE HaTe KyLe BuScH

People hate KyBu because he confines himself to small spaces and his diet consists of broccoli, popcorn, beef jerky, and hard boiled eggs.

He's also tall, and wears flat brimmed hats indoors.

Why do people asking about Kyle Busch haters change between upper and lower case so much?

FWIW this is the new, I know, that you know, that I know, that you know what I'm talking about wink wink. I hope YCSWIDT.

Is it true if you don't use it, you lose it?

If you don't use it, then you will undoubtedly lose it. Think of a Mazda Miata sitting dormant for 5 years, you think that puppy is going to start-up?

Did Mark Martin really win the 2007 Daytona 500?

Mikey Waltrip technically won in 07'. He is a 3-time Daytona 500 winner.

Shapes are a figment of our imagination, some recognize them as a real thing, other's can mold them into what they want them to be. A wise man, once told me, "a circle is what you choose it to be", the "circle of life" for instance, it is a real thing, but we have also made it that way, in our minds, our imagination. Some think the earth is flat, some think the earth is round, NASA has pictures to prove it, but is it a circle? You see what I'm getting at here? It's not a choice it's a lifestyle.

If the duration of a NASCAR event is determined by distance (as opposed to most other sports that are determined by time), why is that when the duration of a race needs to extended they refer to it as "overtime" ?

Sounds better than “overlap” I guess.

We’ve actually had stages for a little while, they’ve just been legitimized over the last two-and-a-half seasons. The stage cautions were in the form of hot dog wrappers and water bottles before that.

And don't forget NASCAR directed caution lights falling off

A few folks have admitted that there was bogus crap going on, racing should stand on its own, no bells and whistles needed.

If you arrange scheduled restarts then you can claim a bunch of "green flag passes." :D

We could call it " stage racing " and implement a " caution clock" as well :pbjtime: The drivers can switch cars after every stage, the fans can decide who gets what. Harvick will be permanently assigned the slowest car ( with a legal spoiler ) in the field.

How 'bout when NASCAR needs to extend a race they put it into "overdrive" ?

NASCAR should triple the price of Cup tickets considering that there are three races per race.

My 2cents, RACE the advertised distance, but, do not count the laps under caution that they are not RACING..

Sudden death idea is being floated, last place driver is eliminated every 30 seconds and starts with 20 laps to go, the fans may find it very entertaining. New wave New era.
