Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

This one takes a bit of thought before one comes up with a WTF? I personally think it is close to the ridiculous uncontrolled tire rule they came up with lately.

Nascar going to the exstream. Thinking it is best to be seen as safety conscience where in fact they are ruining the very product they are trying to sell. It's like having the accountant try to make cars fast.

I spend too much time on ebay, but 5 old koozies for $12....and drivers I really like....that's a no brainer :D

Juneteenth, also known as Juneteenth Independence Day or Freedom Day, is an American holiday that commemorates the June 19, 1865, announcement of the abolition of slavery in the U.S. state of Texas, and more generally the emancipation of enslaved African Americans throughout the former Confederate States of America

You all know what took place on this day 70 years ago?
Yes. Historical precedent was established for disqualifying Ross Chastain for failing post-race inspection at the Iowa truck race, and awarding the win to Brett Moffitt. The precedent was established at the first race in NASCAR's new Strictly Stock Division, June 19, 1949.

This may be Bayley Curry's biggest racing accomplishment. A whole night of dirt track racing in his name!

Bayley Currey is honestly not that bad of a driver, he's gotten quite a bit out of the worst equipment in the Cup series & had a top 10 in a DJ Copp truck a couple seasons ago. It's unfortunate because he's having to park in the Xfinity Series as well.

The fact that Ganassi might be leaving the sport after this year, and the fact that we lost FRR at the end of last year, should be a major red flag that costs have spiraled out of control, and the sponsorship funding is no longer there to justify it. NASCAR's going down the same path CART went down, the teams are spending themselves into oblivion. The worst thing is like CART, NASCAR management continues to sit on their hands and not do ANYTHING involving serious cost reduction. My greatest fear is that NASCAR will continue to do nothing until we start seeing Hendrick, Gibbs, Penske, and RCR shut down from lack of funding, by then it will be too late

Hope the Biff goes full time Trucks next season in KB's stuff, he's in damn good shape for 49.

Usually this time of year you can’t keep enough moisture in the track this year you can’t get them dry enough. Torrential rains in Oklahoma again this morning, this is a crazy weather pattern this year.

Ok so when it's an oval is there a wall that comes back forward? Because for the oval that's a bad bad angle.
