Heard they going to use this chassis in Busch Series in 2027 with rear leaf springs, old-school 9" Ford differential/regular transmission, 5.5 inch front coil springs, rack & pigeon steering.

I'd honestly like to see them race the GR GT in NASCAR, but the recent branding shuffle prevents this.

We saw it with our own eyes, Reddick didn't lose any speed, in fact he might have gained some.
Drivers from the same manufacturer will start nudging each other for an excuse to take a Sawz-All to the fenders.
According to the clip, fresher tires also had a role. Wallace and Briscoe had the oldest at 73 laps, Reddick had the newest with right sides with 20 laps on them. The rest. Hocevar, Suarez, Preece, SVG, and Buescher had 35 laps on theirs.

Jr actually has said in the past in the Download show that sometimes that actually cools the right front tire and causes less wear. He mentioned he won Martinsville that way before. Obviously Atlanta is a little different but with what we were seeing with tires I’d imagine it was a very similar situation.
