But why? Why should they be able to fuel. Reddick gets the lead by staying out and now gets to fuel up without any loss of position. That's just doesn't make sense to me. Even if he didn't have to pit under green later, if there was a yellow and everyone pitted he could still lose positions. They just gave him a freebie.
