I'm wondering if Trevor Bayne might sneak his way in this year...not with a win but with points. Over the last 8 races, he ranks 12th best...that's ahead of Jr, Blaney, Mcmurray, Kahne, Biffle and Dillon.

Good point. I wonder if instead of getting in between the wrap and car, maybe the cuts could force the air to move in a direction along side the car that gives them some bit of extra downforce.

I had no problem with what Hamlin did. It's funny, if that move had worked, or it was done by one of the precious rf drivers, it would have been hailed as the move of the race. I guess Hamlin shouldn't have pressed the issue and stuck in line...that always makes for good racing.

Kyle has a long ways to go before being crowned "the greatest of all time"...It takes more than just being aggressive, winning some races and a single "championship".

I liked Stewarts climbing the fence celebration...reckon it might set a bad example for those drunk fans during the race though.

Just saw the accident...pretty nasty. Man he looked like crap when he got out. KuBu is already a pale guy to start with but he definitely looked shocky. You can tell those endorphins kicked in by how calm he was, especially for having a compound leg fracture. Hope he has a speedy recovery.

It will be nice to at least have some form of protection on that inside wall now. That tire barrier will definitely help dampen the hit but it will bounce those cars off pretty violently as well.

I agree, Hamlin definitely showed some restraint by sitting through the "beating" and trying to have a conversation. I would have just turned around and said screw talking to this crazy chick. She definitely demands a lot of respect without really having done much to derserve it. With that...
