Not me. I do not walk, I run (well sorta, I'm old and heavy) to the nearest shelter.Yikes --- nothing like lightning in the area and sitting in metal stands.

Chad Knaus wants to know if you can get tires during last segment. NASCAR said depends on circumstances. "we'll manage that from the tower"

Denny Hamlin asks NASCAR: "Is the 100% rule in effect?" "Yes, the 100% rule is in effect."
Sounds like Denny was looking for a night off and wtf NASCAR?
Yep, this is what he was getting at. Drivers have been hinting at the top strategy to be sandbagging for 12th.Actually a great question by Denny because with the stupid new invert rule everyone will be sandbagging trying to finish 12th 2nd segment. If Jimmie or Kes randomly goes from leading to 12th we know they're playing games and I hope NASCAR doesn't allow that to happen
With the way the showdown went 13 could be enough, I would have preferred 20Why 13 laps? Lol. 30-40 would be perfect and ensure an actual race for the finish instead of clean air
There's an old military axiom: never give an order you KNOW won't be obeyed.Actually a great question by Denny because with the stupid new invert rule everyone will be sandbagging trying to finish 12th 2nd segment. Yeah, that should be enough to push everything back at least 90 minutes. 'S okay; I was planning on DVR'ing it anyway.Scotty Powell @CaptComeback

Rain has halted. Estimated green flag 9:30pm ESTIs anyone at the track willing to make a weather report?
Lots of dark clouds but moving the right way. About 23 titans on track. Looks close to dry.Thanks.
One day I'll get around to researching the differences between all these social sites. I suspect there will be another round of consolidations and implosions, and after that I'll investigate whatever's left.... Reddit user sources
Yes, I didn't understand announcing how many spots would be inverted. There's an old military axiom: never give an order you KNOW won't be obeyed.
NASCAR should have known that if they announced the last invert position, drivers would sand-bag. If they absotively, posilutely must do an invert (which I think is a tactic best left to local short tracks, where there are larger differences in the cars in the field), they shouldn't have announced how many positions would be involved.
That was a cat caterwallingThis prerace sh!t is so ******* lame.
Whoever this "band" is is terrible. They aren't even playing their instruments. Literally awkwardly dancing with them...
