2017 Talladega - GEICO 500 - Pre Race Thread

First thing I heard was, "......well it's raining so here are some cool facts about Talla......... 'click'."
 
Not sure what JR, Chase, And Kahne were working on there. Didn't do a very good job of lining up and staying tight together.

Just buy a couple pieces of plywood....(better yet.... look around for a construction site late at night... they always have left over stuff).cut a hole in it.... prop 1 end up with empty beer cans...... and Viola!!!!!!!! Corn hole game for only the cost of a 12 pack of beer..... and you get to drink the beer that you would have bought anyway.......!!!!

Total cost....... 0....... excluding the gas to find the plywood........ :cheers:


Oh...... I forgot about the beanbags or whatever you use....... just buy more beer and use the cans........

That would be a big shot in the arm for Roush....... Lord knows they need it!!!!!!!


But.... I can't see either him or Danica EVER winning a race unless it's a real fluke like the whole field has pitted except for them and all of a sudden it's a downpour and the race is called short.......
 
Thought about picking stenhouse in Pick Em'. Bummed I didn't lol. That 17 is NASTY. Gorgeous paint scheme this weekend too.
 
Time to load up and head out. Seats will be just past the start finish line / lower level.

Worked for Buescher. He was a longer shot than Stenhouse, and it wasn't even a plate track.
