Everybody in the NASCAR race threads always says they should institute ARCA's finish under green policy, but this is why they shouldn't.

I think Cup drivers can handle it.

It's a horrible concept for plate racing but fine otherwise.

Of course, plate racing is a horrible concept in general.

ARCA won't be satisfied until every car in the field is wrecked.

The clean up crews are getting plenty of work tonight. They obviously need the practice, these cautions are taking a lifetime

Exactamundo. This rule wouldn't be any problem at Lucas or Salem or even Pocono, where the cars would get separated more quickly after the restart, and the clean-up wouldn't take as long.
