in my honest opinion, i think kyle has put way to much money into his team.sure it has helped drivers, but i also think it has made it so hard for others...Kyle Busch Motorsports has become the backbone of the Truck Series.
no not even that, take a look at it completly unbiased or with an already preset opinion on how good KBM is....Kyle starts his truck team and boom its a great team, he brings plenty of sponsors -more money, plus with gibbs also helping out ,and toyota. His team is like goliath where every once in a while someone is better then him. problem is teams that have been great for years (redhorse with peters) gets overlooked cuz of KBm, and in turn have to fold...sure its not all kbm fault, but i think alot of problems in the truck series somehow can lead to kbm dominancePity for competitors?
T-Ball.
You have absolutely no idea how auto racing works. Your statements can be applied to every era in the history of this sport ... in every series, amateur or professional.no not even that, take a look at it completly unbiased or with an already preset opinion on how good KBM is....Kyle starts his truck team and boom its a great team, he brings plenty of sponsors -more money, plus with gibbs also helping out ,and toyota. i agree with what your saying..I dont think a team in the truck series should have the same spending amount as a cup team...Yes Kyle is one hell of a smart business man, owner, and driver i will never argue that (even though i hate him) .It just seems like truck series should be a lower playing fieldYou have absolutely no idea how auto racing works. Too slow? Keep getting beat? Work harder ... spend more ... get better or get out. Life is hard and Motorsports teaches that lesson to somebody every day.
Pity for competitors?

You’re advocating for a spending cap.i agree with what your saying..I dont think a team in the truck series should have the same spending amount as a cup team...Yes Kyle is one hell of a smart business man, owner, and driver i will never argue that (even though i hate him) .It just seems like truck series should be a lower playing field
That was certainly unfortunate.See Red Horse Racing.
No sponsors, Deloach could only fund for so long on his own budget, operation shuts down.
Money keeps doors open and tbh most teams are one move from closing.
Possibly a spending cap,yes...More of a level playing field...Sadly i dont see how to great teams (BKR and Red Horse) had to fold....yes Red Horse never brough sponsors half the timeYou’re advocating for a spending cap.
That might work. Or not.
How would you level the playing field without limiting spending ( which I don’t believe is possible )?Possibly a spending cap,yes...More of a level playing field...Sadly i dont see how to great teams (BKR and Red Horse) had to fold....yes Red Horse never brough sponsors half the time
i have no idea honestly, i know the idea has been thrown around some from ex drivers, owners etc ( not that it matters any) i just dont know what to make of the series...I was just throwing my ideas around even if they were a pipedreamHow would you level the playing field without limiting spending ( which I don’t believe is possible )?
Those teams folded because they were racing in a series they couldn’t afford and were not successful in their efforts to find others willing to pay for it. This is the oldest story in auto racing.
I don't think you can lump all the failed teams under one umbrella. Teams fail for different reasons. That was certainly unfortunate.
Add them to the list of hundreds of NASCAR team efforts that have failed over time.
Please don't confuse baseless arguments with facts. It takes the fun out of the art of conversation on NASCAR forums.Nascar increased the purse substantially in 2015 for the Trucks. The Cup percentage increase was the least of all the three series

I think they've earned themselves a bigger share...going from under 3% of the total payout to maybe 3.5% is sizable jump percentage-wise but not necessarily in volume. I think the total purse for Daytona, the biggest race of the year, still falls shy of $1 million. It's hard to see Cup owners ever giving that money up though (or even their Xfinity money), especially since they're not really involved at the Truck level.Nascar increased the purse substantially in 2015 for the Trucks. The Cup percentage increase was the least of all the three series
Why don't we just rename it the Kyle Damned Busch Truck series???????????Furthermore, KBM currently fields 10% of the Truck field and builds about 50% of the chassis in the garage. As Kevin Harvick recently noted, pissing Kyle off is the last thing the Truck Series needs.

Down from two last year, so the Martinsville race is now FS1, makes sense though, Talledaga will bring in more of the only watch for crashes eyeballs on the mothership.
Is the "kylebushmotorsports" not just a Toyota funded team? with Kyle doing the testing?

Brad had to shutter his Ford team because Ford would not spend to compete with Toyota. Should Brad have squandered his own money to stay in the game?? His families bankruptcy for doing it has taught him that lesson. Kyle Bush is a very good driver and when given the advantage of excellent equipment he is victorious.
However Kyle Bush on his own dime and with his brother as his main driver could not win a single race. In fact with both brothers and Monster as well as JGR engineering, they were forced to shutter the team. That left them to be nothing more than testing area for Toyota driver prospects.
I think Kevin Harvick did a better job in the truck series with much less. Money buys speed in every area of auto racing. Toyota has a program that allows Kyle to look very good however the fact remains it isn't his effort is it. This is a Toyota program and no one can dispute that.
Brad did very well with Ford backing but on his own he knew that the prize money would never cover the cost of racing.
Why don't we just rename it the Kyle Damned Busch Truck series???????????
That seems fitting to me.
LOL @ Greg ... for about the 500th time.
I kept waiting for you to call KB Satan, so I’m a bit disappointed.
The Benning syndrome. I'm with ya all the way. All hail riceland

Using the #51 is as close as they will ever get to admitting who they are and are all about.
That is all that is allowed by his enablers, the sinnister and notorious Area 51 illuminati Inc & unInc and so shall it ever be.
It would take a WWII type of effort to bring them down.
It all started with them making Norm Benning, Norm Benning for Kyle to whip up on. Then they just created more new Bennings. Just younger with new names, but more dependent upon duct tape, and close hanger technology to keep a 23 year old chassis rolling. To race against a new area 51 truck with one of Brian's youths at the wheel.
Meanwhile we will just have to live knowing the quite truth that is a screaming in our souls (that's why they hate souls, too). I believe the illuminati works to debase the sport, not just to minimize its value, but to degrade. To make the people believe they need mufflers, 24/7/365 restrictor plates, hawt wimmin in clothes and all manner of unnatural things to take the meaning out of life. Just keeping feeding em sh!t, and they will quit eating. If they get their way racing will just dry up on the vine.
Don't hold it against the common simple people, that just don't know no better. Stay strong, keep the faith, teach the children not to listen to the Dave Moody and Rick Allen Kool aid. Father forgive them, they don't know what they do, and have already done did.
Futher along we will understand it all better, bye and bye.... or at least just keep a interneting it up.
