With the track losing a date, I'm interested to see what the crowd will be like.
Totally agree...my company is just down the road and books a bunch of tickets, we have trouble giving them away. I am in the Midwest and the company will pay for everything (I am high enough up the food chain I guess) since our US headquarters are there, still have only gone twice.Boring, one groove track, it's in my backyard and you couldn't pay me to go watch a Cup race there. Modifieds...hell yes!
I’ve always liked NHMS, but it’s up to the drivers to put on the show here. If the cars weren’t so fragile when it comes to handling, they’d actually be able to use the bumper and lean on each other like flat tracking is supposed to be. The COT always put on a great show here IMO. Guys just pussyfoot around too much.I like New Hampshire. In a time where the schedule is ridiculed for being too homogeneous, I don't think NHMS should be dumped on as much as it is for what it is.

Me? Let me introduce you to my good friends @BobbyFord and @ChexOrWrexWhy are you so negative?
You know they're using restrictor plates for that race?

Oh, and I'm nothing compared to the rose-glassed optimists over here:Why are you so negative?
You're probably right.Based on the current weather forecast... 21 people on Sunday, then everybody has to work Monday accept Billy Joe, Billy Bob, and Billy Joe Martin so that's gonna be a solid 3 people.

It's a simple case of Murphy's Law. Put down stickum or use the tire dragger and you're petitioning the Racing Gods for rain to undo whatever you just did.
JGR is looking stout this weekend. I think Denny will win this thing, it might not be until after the first stage where he shows his hand. I think if Hamlin minds his speed on pit road, he's due for a win or two this year.
Ticket sales were trending +4% from last year's first race earlier in the week. With the track losing a date, I'm interested to see what the crowd will be like.
Remember though some of the 4% were undercover NASCAR workers buying tickets
No one knowsI'll never know if you're trying to be serious or funny.
I bet the public still complainsHoly cow, a decision reached well in advance and the public informed.
I attended this race last year and was very disappointed. It reminded me of SCCA racing as the drivers simply gave up spots on the track when being passed. Seemed like most of the fans could care less about the racing, being late arrivals and early departures. Also, not exactly the most exciting venue for the midway and pre race activities.I’ve always liked NHMS, but it’s up to the drivers to put on the show here. The best shot you have for a win tomorrow is to not tell Harvick, Truex or Kyle Busch this information
