It could be something like exempting crash damage repair costs when another party is at fault or allowing another PU to be installed without penalty if it were totaled in such an incident. I don’t think the current penalty structure really makes sense where you get penalized more for damage sustained than for damage inflicted.

Formula One has become such a mess there's no good answer for anything. Maybe since we had such a spectacular race Sunday now's a good time to don't touch anythimg.
