500 Qualifying-plus all things Danica

Some observations.
1. 40 pounds less is close to a tenth advantage.
2. Props for her drive in remaining out of trouble but that has more to do with her qualifying position.
3. She finally listened to someone, follow the leader learn and shut up the whining about push.
4. Her interview at the end was telling, thought she might stomp her feet that no one would team up with her. That may be something you must earn over time. Trust and respect.
5. Finally. NASCAR is playing her and her gender for ratings period. The IRL and Indycar did the same to keep OWR alive abet on life support for many years.
6. My favorite female driver? Sarah Fisher who is a driver,,winner as an owner and a role model for our young women in this nation. Without the glam, sex appeal and photo shoots.

I think there's some truth in this-Newman is getting the worst equitment at SH but worst equitment at SH aint bad-its like the best equitment at MW Racing. However, Newman is also a OK driver.[/quote]
I agree , Captain, but I wouldn't get too worked up about that stuff Fender throws out . He's not serious all the time.

Who ran out of talent by him self, during the sprint unlimited???? Who couldn't get through tec because they were trying to cheat AGAIN?????? I'd rather have some one be a average driver than someone that gets caught cheating all the time

He really did just run out of talent there.. so to speak.. I don't like that term but if anyone deserves it in that race its him lol
