500 RACE thread

We waited all night to watch an idiot win this race....thanks 34 for the help. Go race for Toyota

At least we will now get to watch Hamlin make a few really bonehead moves and take out real contenders in this years playoffs.

Those interviews on the front strench are amoung the stupidest things theyve ever started doing.

No it's not. We get raw emotion, and the fans get to see it. I hate that victory lane is in the infield at most tracks out of sight of fans and only visible to VIPs.

Hell yeah Denny!!! :bounce: Woulda preferred Kyle but oh well. Downside of liking too many drivers lol

I love them. Saturday night style under the flagstand is the best imo.

And the media, NASCAR, its all about fans, till its time for Victory Lane

I had to leave the race and go take care of the dogs. I'm glad to see that Jimmie at least rallied to a 9th place finish.

One of my favorite things about Martinsville. They roll a stage out on the frontstretch with the coveted clock on it and use that as victory lane. Right in front of the fans, the way it should be.

They should do post race inspection that way. I'd stay to watch it.

I do want to say thank you for you'll for making this 500 better than it would have been without all of your involvement. I know I haven't been around long and haven't posted much but I have read your banter throughout the years for a long time and have enjoyed it

Thank you for letting me be apart of it and I look forward to future threads,

For any of you I offended or otherwise pissed off, I am sorry and I apologize as that was not the intention. I do realize that all of us will never agree on everything and will have some opinions that vary but I hope we could at least get together when we are in the same towns for a dinner and shake hands when we leave.

I am happy to discuss anything in private, most thing in public, and will in the end except differing opinions in the end.

Thank you all and mostly to the guy that runs this site to allowing me to participate.

It means a lot to me....
