I really hope and pray the track holds up. Like other's have echoed, I am getting a bad feeling about this.
Don’t lift.I seriously want to learn how to drive those in iRacing. It looks so darn fun and stressful at the same time, but I can't figure out corner entry in any dirt type of sim to throw it sideways without losing all my momentum. Then again, I've lost my mojo on pavement too so...
I keep tabs on her because she's kinda-sorta a Michigan product as much as any child in a late model based in NC is these days. She's been fast all year - I think she finished second at the World Series of Asphalt earlier this year too. I'm sure she'll be in a bigger car with GMS or JR Motorsports in 2024.Katie Hettinger starts outside pole Pro Late Model series at North Wilkesboro out of 53 drivers. Kid can wheel it
She actually won at the World SeriesI keep tabs on her because she's kinda-sorta a Michigan product as much as any child in a late model based in NC is these days. I'm not surprised. I've seen her before in CRA/Jegs competition up here and obviously events she's in make it on the streaming services pretty frequently. TBH I have no idea if she's any good or not; it's not obvious to me as a guy in the stands or at home based on what I see those cars doing. But then again I feel that way about everyone in pavement late models these days because they're all either Bubba Pollard, New England guys no one pays attention to that also beat Bubba Pollard at the Milk Bowl, and literal children. She actually won at the World Series

They seem a little late to the party with this but I like it….

100% Is there anything better than breaking down a race while drinking beers with fellow fans? Hell no! Especially fans of rival manufacturers. I have had some of the best times with Ford and Chevy guys talking **** and taking shots at each other. Damn, I love this sport. Before I got in to the sport I would go to races everywhere, some had tremendous access and others were terrible. Rockingham was awful, 2 lanes in and out. We didnt even think about getting in the car after the race, we just tailgated again for a couple of hours and let it thin out but even after 2 hours it was bad. We did find a short cut through the woods but you really didnt care about your car if you decided to take it. But we didnt care, we knew what to expect and prepared, we had plenty of beer, dont worry we had a DD
100%Y’all know what I’m about to do.
1990 championship winning throwback scheme.
I hope the hype around the event leads to a fiery race. This has all the makings of a classic
