Danica was piss poor pathetically slow in a premuim ride last night as usual before the wreck, then she slowed up from that pace. She deserved to be knocked out of the way by Bowman, and he should not have apologized, she certaintly wasnt race worthy enough to be of concern.
And it didnt substantially hurt her results she sucked prior the spin, and she did after afterwards too. It just gave her and deniers another excuse.
Lamenting Bowman is just a crutch, another day and another way to think about anything but the real drving problem. Danica herself not being worth a damn as a driver.
She should be mad at herself, how pathetic does somebody have to be in a SHR car to have their most memorable battles with the likes of Bowman, and Cassill.
As usual if it were not for attrition she would have finished in the 30s, which is representive of her pace, in the world of Bowmans, Wise, Arnett, Sorensons, etc.
Her cup highlight reel:
-The pole at Daytona
- A good race at Martinsville.
- A good race at Kansas.
- Then it quickly breaks down to shooting a bird at Smith for her Bristol highlight.
-A kamakize againt Hornish at Talladega, and taking herself out when trying to end Landon Cassills day.
-And a countless number of wave arounds and lucky dogs. She may have more recorded lucky dogs and wave arounds then anyone else in history. So perhaps she has accomplished something.
She will probably be a yahoo C class driver again next year. There may be a sorrier performance that has endured for three years in a premuim ride with excuses intact but I cant think of one.
The message Danica is a girl, cut her a break and she doesnt have to be that good.
That is really a twisted sense of equality. If little girls apply that logic they should leave with nothing more than believin looks is all that matter. You dont have to have substance, just look good and the world is yours. On a bad hair day just find a Bowman to blame, yeah just do it the fan boys will back you up.
