Bristol Pre-race Race Thread

The air Titan would be perfect for Bristol. If nascar hasn't brought it in by now, they are really, really dumb. My first question when I saw this "simple" system was why the heck would the come up with something so massive? I guess they are now thinking the same thing.

Then again, it is nascar's toy, and Bristol is Brutons track. Perhaps the rental fee was too high.

The new car is made for this track. I expect great racing because the tires seem right. they also have the short rear bumper, so that may help bring back the bump and run.
 
Workin on location in Lincoln NE and the local Time warner doesn't carry Speed Channel on basic lineup so no practice or qualifying.....this sucks.
 
The new car is clearly better by itself on this track, a new single lap record should be set today. That said, I am already tired of everyone from Darrell and Larry Mac on down breathlessly exclaiming how great the car is.

The switch to Fox Sports continues, judging from the guys at the studio in Charlotte dressed in coats and ties. They must have seen the guys on NBCSP during F1 practice. Anything would be better than the last couple of years, when SpeedTV apparently cut their budget and told them "just wear a collared button shirt unless you're Kennuh or Kyle, ya'll can wear something else if your sponsor provides it."

It's definitely a sore spot. This is the third straight race she's had to get in on owner points I think.
 
Danica can't do good if she can't qualify above 30 *Daytona was a fluke*

Sorry Charlie, I can't answer that question because I already proved I don't have a clue.
 
Danica has no business at the cup level. She is there because of her gender and sponsorship not her driving ability. I knew just as sure I was sitting here that after daytona (mechanics race) that she would show her true colors. She is so out classed at this level its funny to watch.
