I actually think Haley has the best looking car.
I kinda agree.....I like the 8 car too....probably the patriot in me.I actually think Haley has the best looking car.
It will be an available optionCole Custers #41 looked like the #4 car a few times I recall. The way the number set on the paint scheme made the ‘4’ itself most visible from the side.
that was a highlight for me on the whole “let’s move the number thing”
thing is... it WILL sell a lot of diecast though. The way collectors are, they will get them because they’re unique. So hopefully no one starts thinking it’s good idea to repeat again based on merchandise sales or something.
I wonder if the diecast will come with underglow?
Very well said. I feel the same as you to a T. I hate it, for the fact to me that it looks stupid. I don’t know how else to say it. It’s very obvious they are going to do this and if so oh well. I’ll still be watching every week. It’s too obvious they’re gonna do this number placement change at one point or another... nascar has their minds made up and at this point they’ve just been tryin to ‘warm up’ the fan base with a really gradual introduction to the change.
It would be ridiculous if I changed my viewing habits on such a change, as it won’t affect what the cars do on the race track...
but I really do dislike the idea of forcing the numbers back. Everyone has their own preferences... but personally I just don’t think it looks that good. Ok... I don’t think it looks good at all.
I agree with those saying to loosen the requirements and allow teams the chance to move the number if their sponsors desire to do so... or leave it centered on the door... don’t see why it needs to be one way or the other...
you could give everyone a little of what they want. But, that’s where that idea stops... lol
It is tough to judge the look because sponsors haven't had any experience with it. I think rear quarter panel numbers could make paint schemes look sleek once they have enough time to refine the designVery well said. I feel the same as you to a T. You're probably not wrong. To me its not the way a stock car is supposed to look, when I started watching as a child in the late 80's and early 90's thats what I fell in love with. To me, this makes the car look like a Fast&Furious, Rally, DTM or that type of deal. Which look cool and nice an all that but I dunno it just doesnt fit a stock car IMO.It is tough to judge the look because sponsors haven't had any experience with it. In other news, it’s Tuesday.Fans are making this a bigger story than what it really is.

That owl would look awesome on the hood of the car too.I think this looks good, and thats the key, the schemes need to be done differently to incorporate the different number placement, and we didnt see that with ASR, it was the same schemes with the numbers pushed back.
#FakeNews it’s humpday.In other news, it’s Tuesday.
Are you referring to Hooter's?Nah, they don't make mountains out of mole hills around this place
Sheesh, it’s a number.
This isn't worth caring about. Hell, let 'em slap Roman numerals on the cars. As long as it doesn't affect the racing, why care?Fans getting upset is a good sign that they haven't stopped caring yet.
