I'm not sure what secret society you speak of. Everybody with admin or mod priveledges is shown on the staff members tab. Xenforo allows some people to hide their activity on the "Members Online Now" and "last and seen on" protocols. Some people elect to use this tool. That doesn't mean they are a secret. It just means you [plural] don't know when you [plural] are being watched and that you [plural] should behave at all times, lest you [plural] get your hand slapped and posts deleted before non-meaningful or improper comments are seen by the rest of the general public users.Then why doesn't say staff on Duty, who are all the mods, why the secret society?
I can't explain it any better than that. Bottom line is that we do have people watching the forums, you know exactly who it is, and we aren't going to put up with comments that read outside the terms of service, regardless of contributing member or not.
This isn't politics nor pay-to-play. Contribution helps keep the lights on, but it's not a free pass to use foul language or imagery.
