Chicagoland Pre Race Thread

This air titan thing pisses me off. If it was there why not use it.
Nascar should get a penalty for not giving 100% effort to get this race in as scheduled.
They claim ticket sales are down, I wonder why. Do they think people can just hang around all day and night waiting, maybe come back tommorow.
Sorry but the majority of these people need to go to work to make the money for overpriced tickets.
 
Did they just say on TV that the radar looks promising? :confused:

If anyone is wondering, the track is in the county to the southwest of Chicago.

Screw the Titan, rain tires and wipers..everybody else races that way.

I think they have a whole wing at the Joliet State Prison just for politicians....my favorite one was when the Governor put the Senate seat on Ebay :p
 
I think I just heard the track announcer asking all the fans left in the stands to blow real hard.
 
Looks likely that we'll be having a Monday race; and I finally have a Monday off! :partytime
 
Honestly the rain delay is good for me, I not missed much while watching Football :XXROFL:so they can keep taking time if they want to.
 
I need a new brain after that explanation, I think it's fried from all that math.
 
You know.... the rain might have an effect on the outcome of the race. Looks like penalties may be in order because of that. We should probably fine someone.
 
So NASCAR announced what was already being done by the drivers. Second place car can pass the leader before the start/finish line. Nice one.

Yeah, I don't really understand what they "clarified" or changed about the restart rules.

Probably don't want to have to deal with it anymore so they just said "Keep doing what you're doing, it's legal now"
 
Does anyone actually have any link or info on what was exactly discussed with that most recent meeting? Like what youre saying about the restarts and etc?
