This is Ricky Craven's 1996 Talladega car. The car resides at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame in Mobile Alabama.(As far as I know anyway) He was actually driving for Larry Hendrick at the time of the crash.

That's Ricky Craven's car from the Spring '96 race at Talledega. That was the first of a couple bad wrecks that really dampened a promising career.

Can't imagine why it would be at the HMS facility though. It doesn't have any connection to Hendrick.
