I crossed the line into Illinois once and thought I was driving on the surface of the moon. To add to the confusion, there were toll roads everywhere. No idea where that massive amount of money is going.

At least we finally raised the gas tax so the tourists will help pay for the roads. Before '18, we treated the roads like an agricultural crop, as if all they needed was ample rain and sunshine.
