I love short track racing (Taylor's Version)
If Chase Briscoe is up front, expect a wreck.
Got clobbered by BriscoeWhat happened to SVG?
No driving race car driverWhat happened to SVG?
Good news for the rest of the field I suppose, that’s a huge bummer though. SVG is so entertaining out there.
Jesus Christ.
There is no tomorrow morning.Okay, just bring them back tomorrow morning. We certainly aren’t going to have enough time to finish this one tonight.
People really gonna blame someone who wrecked because of how wet the track is and not NASCAR for having them out there? Lmao. Could’ve happened to anyone…
I retract, this may be in delay for 45min.Mr Race Director, do this in no more that 10 minutes!
No, have to take everything up tonightOkay, just bring them back tomorrow morning. We certainly aren’t going to have enough time to finish this one tonight.
Or can they do that, being in downtown Chicago?
They cannot.Or can they do that, being in diwntown Chicagi?

Not sure what the backup plan is. Can they award full points if they don’t make it to halfway/end of stage 2?
They have to get this done today. They literally start taking down barriers after raceOkay, just bring them back tomorrow morning. We certainly aren’t going to have enough time to finish this one tonight.

Why bother with the points? Split the purse 36 ways and call it a learning experience. Assuming anyone learns anything...Jesus Christ.

They can have a street race anywhere. They need to pick a summer city. (Los Angeles.)If this race gets rained out, can we say this experiment has been a success? Last year marred by weather too. It’s just….frustrating. Maybe some ideas are best left in Iracing.

I imagine the start time is dictated entirely by NBC. It’s a great event, but you’re playing with fire when you scheduled green for 4 PM local time. If this falls during the TNT portion of the season next year maybe they’ll have a different perspective. If this race gets rained out, can we say this experiment has been a success? Good shout. Not sure they even got more than 15 laps or so done in that one before pulling the plug.Pretty sure they did this in the xfinity race last year if I’m not mistaken

You had me in the first halfSo then, I assume NASCAR has already discussed what they would do in this situation, because they always make sure to think ahead.
These aren’t oval carsLoad em up and run the last 50 laps at Chicagoland tomorrow afternoon
