He supplies a critical piece in the engine. Ross needs HMS, HMS doesn’t need him. Ross had dumped his cars for multiple weeks straight. FAFO like I said. I’d have preferred the 9 just sent the 1 firewall deep a couple times old school style, but it is what it is. I’m an Elliott fan. I actually cringe that he drives for HMS but it is what it is. None of these owners are choir boys, despite whatever Joe Gibbs says.

The kid is only 18 years old, and he did a better job than half the pros out there did. He went to the back because of a mistake and was heading towards the front until he got caught up in someone else's spinout. I think he did an amazing job.
