Once again teams want to blame their incompetence on NASCAR and "fans" eat it up.

Certainly interesting...I heard several teams were quite surprised during the race regarding turn 6.
What I wonder is how did NASCAR "communicate" this information to the teams BEFORE the race?
What teams have come forward and said they were aware of this change?
I was hearing from Blaney's radio they had no idea.
