Agree. The cars aren't perfect, but they're better than what we had before.

Not better than the Gen 6. Newman was out of the hospital three days after a crash that when I saw it was sure had killed him.
Folks are using this wreck to downplay the stiffness issues of last year again .

SHR came into tonight with good cars, a plan and they’re sticking to it. I mean if either one won and got a playoff spot it’d be a waste of a spot but kudos to the race they’re running tonight

If anything I think it’s down to win-and-in unlocking a next level of aggression and drivers generally lacking a sense of self-preservation as the cars have gotten safer.
