Cup RACE thread --- Homestead

Denny has cut 6 seconds on the 5.Lets see how long that speed advantage holds up. Just trying to see how long before it equalizes.

Larson racing and getting passed by lappers with fresher tires. Blaney eating into the lead because of it.

Dont see how the 11 strategy works without a caution. Which is a good gamble

Larson has been getting passed by and racing against lappers with fresher tires this entire run lol

Larson looked a bit free there towards the end. Toyota has completely botched the first few stages, interested to see how Stage 3 goes. Love this track, extremely racy

Why did Harrison Burton come down pit road 2nd? Did he intentionally take a penalty to help Blaney?

Horrible stop for the 5.

That run was just disasterous. Spent the last 50 laps of stage 2 getting passed/raced by lappers with fresher tires who were between him and the 12/6, and then has a bad pit stop to start stage 3.

Probably won't have a shot unless he gets a few spots on the restart.

He only lost 1 spot. That boy is gonna be fine

Waiting on Hamlin to bite the wall myself lol.
Nah, he won't screw it up on track. He has a pit stop left for his weekly speeding penalty, though. Nothing in the playoff era goes together like Denny and speeding. Not Jimmy and Chad, not RW(sb)R cautions, not Ricky wrecking the field at a plate race. Nothing.

Blaney has the long run speed and Larson needs to make the pass and establish track position quickly if possibile.
