It's Chase's responsibility to jump on his brakes and stack up the whole field causing a massive chain reaction wreck that NASCAR can then show in highlight reels for the track in question for years to come.In all actuality that rule is blatantly stupid. When the leader decides to go or the green flag waves its the leader’s job to get up on it. If he doesnt make it to the line first then so be it, the 2nd place driver did a better job. That rule/penalty is the antithesis to racing.

the Pole Winner should start alone in the "front row" -- but since they start side by side NASCAR mandates the LEADER leads at the Green Flag.
