The problem isn't aero so much as it is the repave...with the one groove it takes a while to set someone up for a pass. If it were F1 they'd be separated by 2 seconds a piece.

Yes, next week is here at Phoenix , the final cutoff race, and then its on to Homestead .

Having them so far ahead defeats the puprose of elimination. Unless someone else wins, those 3 are locks.

Also, 18 hasnt been good lately. Team has been good this year. I wonder why KB can't will the car to a top 5/contender... Being the only driver worth a few tenths and all, and the only driver who wins with a 5th place car on skill alone.

They are trying to reward a concept called season-long performance while still having their little playoffs charade.

Playoff points do. 1 for each stage win, 5 for each race win, carry over through all three rounds, and more can also be earned in the playoff races.
