I thought id be the last to ever say this but if that **** happens again ill be wondering who saves Nascar no matter the track
 
I imagine Tuesday they'll be a new rule regarding the security of the window net

The race director should be suspended for actions detrimental to the sport. Only Blaney being able to get that net half assed fashioned saved NASCAR from looking like the biggest joke in the sports world
 
Wonder if some of you whined when Gordon brought out the backup car in a stupid rule lol
 
I saw a puff of smoke on the final last lap and I am sure someone slid momentarily for a second or at least spun a tire. That along with some exhaust flames should have been worth another caution.

Look, man... I agree. But after the fact, he was racing around with a half-ass secured window net.

If NASCAR is gonna consistently do stupid ****, they could have done something like let Ryan come in and secure the net and give him the lead back instead of allowing the dangerous situation.

And? Point is the all star race is the race where they make up rules for entertainment. It’s literally THE “entertainment” gimmick race of the year. I don’t know why you guys are butthurt about it.

@FLRacingFan said it best, its an exhibition event.

Let the man come back to pit road to secure his window net and keep the spot. I'm all for experimentation, however just be consistent in calls being made. Once again, this is my thing about it.

At least they didn't black flag Blaney, that I'am happy about. Stenhouse was well out of the way, they should have let that roll on.

Of course NASCAR throwing the green in the first place was the cause of the whole mess. You can’t blame the teams for taking advantage of the second chance they were given. Just another time when NASCR came off looking like total buffoons.
