Larson needs to settle in turn 1. Can't make that car stick and just loses track position every time he dives down there

I would say there's even MORE talking using this format of coverage because each person has to say something when the cars come by their post.

Was tires. Radio was garbled and it sounded like he asked “how bad is it?” I thought he got hit. Mreh. 9 has royally s—t the bed today. Terrible, terrible effort all around.
 
Statistically it was bound to happen. 4 in a row at a single race track is rare.

Maybe if the #9 team would stop pitting and losing track position, he wouldnt be mired back in the pack and having to push.

Larson around the 22. Only car who appeared to have anything for Truex if the first run is any indication. Gonna need the track position though.

Today has been a textbook lesson in soiling one’s self for sure. Last 2 laps have been over a second faster than anyone today.
 
Chase just set the fastest laps of the entire race running alone back there. Bummer of a day

Theres no excuse as to why they shouldnt be where Bell is right now. #9’s pit strategy to pour salt in the wound of a poor starting spot was just mind numbingly stupid. Only makes your day harder.
 
I don't understand these guys pit strategy. It was worth it for Logano since he got a playoff point but the rest of the field should have pitted with 3 laps to go like Truex and Harvick did.

He's also on like 11 lap fresher tires too don't forget. Lap times have fallen off a second since the green flag.

Really sounds like it. I don’t understand. Everyone needs one more pit stop. Go like hell! The CC did tel him take care of it and try to run 1:15s, hopefully they’d “catch a fortunate caution.” Surely they’re not trying to make it on fuel…
 
5 looks quite a bit faster than the 19 at this point, gained like 2 seconds on him the last 8 laps.

If the 5 can be in p3 or better before the field stretches out, he may run away with it.

Yes but it’s half a second faster than the second fastest lap of the entire race so far. Everyone has had fresh tires a couple times already. He’s half a second faster than that.

Save your breath. You’d make his head explode if you said he was 1-1.5 seconds faster than everyone ON THAT LAP.
