Deegan update

If she would have hooked him there I bet a lot of people would stop running her over.

Yeah a hard left would have done the trick, it would have wrecked the field though but I didn't see anybody turning Bodine, it looked like he lost it to me.

I get it but she has to start doing something or everyone will continue to run her over

Nothing to do with being 24 in points with 4 drivers with fewer starts ahead of her and the 4 with all starts behind her are the murderers row of Jack Wood, Dean Thompson, Spencer Boyd, and Kris Wright...

Meanwhile Tanner Gray is in contention for a playoff spot 12th in points

I would really like to see some talented and competitive women in nascar. How cool would it be if there were some in cup winning races? Doesn't seem like any of the current female drivers will get to that level.

Yeah. Deegan's marketing skills are her best bet here.

There's no question she's a talent, and has the talent to make a career as a pro. But the top 3 NASCAR series are dominated by the best stock car drivers in the world/the soon the be best in the world.

I think Deegan can make a career on marketability alone (although I do not think she's as popular or as big as some of her fans like to admit), but sadly I just don't think she has the talent to be anything more than a top 15-18 driver, even with the best circumstances. Not sure if she can make it as a cup driver.

At the end of the day, the young kids who are meant to make it find their way into a competitive ride and win races.

I want to see Kaylee Bryson on asphalt some more.

Brittney Zamora and Isabella Robusto have potential.

Bryson I want to see too. You can tell Toyota likes her she's in their commercial. Not to mention she's running the same Yahoo sponsorship Kyle Busch is in trucks at Sonoma

Deegan already has a full time truck schedule lined up for the trucks next year. Letting it be known to almost a half of a million followers on Youtube that she is looking for sponsorship in Xfinity this time of the year when it needs to be announced looks like good business to me. Something could come out of it

She'll be in Cup eventually because of that alone, all she has to do is flash the occasional good result to stay around. Popularity trumps progression.

It'll be interesting to see what Monster does going forward. Kurt is not too far from retirement, so do they take that funding after he calls it quits and move it to Hallie's camp to push her up the ladder? Ty Gibbs is in the mix with them too though, and Monster seems to like sponsoring winners in every top series they participate in.

I can't think of a single series, F1, Supercross/Motocross, MotoGP, Formula Drift, where they aren't associating with winners. So if Hallie gets to Xfinity, or heck, even Cup, and has a million followers on social media but still runs 18th every week, I wonder if that still has enough appeal for them to continue.

Monster from Kurt to Ty. Deegan has hit her ceiling. She will be gone within a couple of years IMO.

I don't think she is even close honestly.
