You called it...Someone who has driven for them before.
Also looks like Rtj has a new home being a teammate to Jimmy Owens at Koehler Motorsports.

That 71 was like a Chinaman in a bull shop. Reminded me of Dale Sr at Bristol.Great race last night in the Lucas Oil series at Eagle Raceway. Four cars battling for the lead past the halfway point.
I can't believe the car didn't break when he bicycled twice thru that huge hole. Was an impressive run. What a race last night at FALS with the Flo bunch. RTJ came from 15th to win it with 2 to go in a 50-lap race. One of the best races I've seen all year.
Madden has said already this year he was planning to cut way back on drivingAnd the late model season continues its craziness. I wonder if this move sets Madden up to take Owens' ride next year.
Ruben is an embarrassment as an announcer though. I thought he might get better with time, but he's somehow getting worse. He functions solely as Bobby's hype man and doesn't belong anywhere near a national series booth. The PDC is a special event and would be better off in Flo hands. Kinda weird how it already isn't given that Rigsby partly owns FALS.
One other random observation: why is Davenport now so poor at Fairbury? He didn't even come close to making the show.
It's a WOO sanctioned event which is a part of WRG which owns Dirtvision. So no way Flo has a chance to even air it
I thought the race was over when Davenport took the lead. But Pierce kept coming back.Absolute classic World 100 that turns around a trend of recent ho hum marquee events. Eight lead changes between four drivers, and Bobby Pierce comes out on top to win his second World 100 after overcoming a battle with Davenport and a late charge to the lead by Dale McDowell. I wish Mac Daddy could have won it, but Pierce deserved it.
If I was picking a favorite be RTJ/Marler/Dennis Erb. I like guys that ain't afraid to run the bottom. Sometimes slower is faster. Not as often anymore tho.I don't know, I like RTJ, but I don't see where Moran was at fault there. Good racing in this main event, could get dicey up front again now that there is finally a caution.
McCreadie won't be back. Sounds like BShepp is going back there. That was entertaining. 20 laps in I thought it was going to come down to Davenport vs. Pierce, but they both faded late. Moran was fast and McCreadie continues to be racey in the Rocket 1. Something tells me he won't be back next year, but he's been quite good in that car of late. Great runs for Tanner English and Ross Robinson. RTJ was back to about 8th and tried to do too much at once.
