Enough Is Enough Full Season Championship.

It was just as unfortunate tire going down and try as he might Matt finally lost the steering and Joeys unfortunate timing all coming together at once at the same time simultaneously at the exact time to the thousandths of a second to to the 66th power
like a cardiac hurricane twister tornado earthquake wildfire volcano tsunami all quintessentials like Brian France's fried out brains going off more choaticly than a monkey doing brain surgery in an all too fast of a blur for a grammatical period to stop the rush while catching a breath....
Yeah, it's a nice looking bridge; will you come down to $17 million?

NASCAR execs are on their knees praying both Heim and Zilisch win the titles their respective series. Having one lose would be bad enough, but both of them? They'd have the new format announced before the Xfinity winner finished his burnouts.

Ya know, I could accept the playoff format if NASCAR would drop 'Win and In', playoff points, and points resets after each round.

After 26 races, the top 16 drivers in points are the only ones eligible from here on out. Keep using the points accumulated so far, and using the same regular season points system. Ineligible drivers can still improve their standings but cannot become eligible regardless. After three races, cut the four contenders with the lowest points, regardless of whether they've won. Repeat for rounds two and three.

The system becomes much easier to understand, the season's top four performers will be the only ones eligible at Phoenix, poorly performing eligible drivers will fall down the standings to where they belong, the ineligible drivers aren't locked out from advancing, and the Gerbils get their cutoffs to rave about. It's still too many eligible drivers over too many playoff races for my tastes but I'd take it if that was my only remaining complaint.

Pretty hard to get excited about who wins the Championship, it has fallen so far from what it used to be. He should know. in 23 Hocevar wrecked him and win less Jones went on to win the Championship , in 24 Majeski showed up with a rocket ship.
A week ahead of time. Doing the work. I have to hand it to you....your effort is relentless. Phoenix is going on as planned. Champions will be crowned....and if it's a Toyota, you are going to hear about it all offseason. Can't be stopped. We'll see though, I have always said that the championship goes through Larson. This is going to be great.

Yeah, but that would be true regardless of the format. Tell me you wouldn't cheer just as loud and long if the champ was determined by a Figure 8 race, or even just pulled out of a hat.

"you can kind of suck all year but bring your best truck to Phoenix and you can win the whole championship" Corey Heim with 11 wins.

Some things are more important than who wins the championship when you have a format that encourages the opportunity for teams who are so so, Heim with a record 11 wins says they pretty much suck all year and they show up at Phoenix and win one race all season and it is the last one (champions?). Revman, no surprise suffers from a lack of perception with the yota blinders. lol.
