Gordon on all the TV shows

Youre right on both counts Paul. No, I never really seen you bash anyone outright. And yes, both those sigs are questionable, but I see your point. I am working on mine now:p
 
Me too, Gordon Fan took my questioning NASCAR's motives as a personal attack against Gordon, hence the diatribe we've been witness to.

Just wondering why NASCAR was so concerned with how Tony would represent the series as a champion yet they lobbied very hard to have Gordon host SNL as opposed to Stewart.

Why voice a concern about it if you aren't going to give him the chance in the first place?

Also, Gordon had to have all the scripts for the show proof-read by his pack of lawyers. They demanded any references to marriage or divorce be removed from any of the sketches.

Which is the better representative?

No, your attack was clearly against Nascar. My point was that Nascar doesn't have the power to tell them who to use.

And the above post was referring to working on my new "sig" and not working on a point....LOL

I had a joke about southerners in there, and someone threw a fit about it so I removed it so that no one's feelings get hurt. But we saw in this thread, that I get crap for other people's sigs as well as my own.

So that signature can't offend anyone.

Jeff is a FORMER champion. And nothing will change this year. :D
 
Jeff's been making the tour for whatever reason. Tony's got better things to do like DRIVE.

Funny how a person can take tony bruno's word as gospel...all I have ever heard outta this guys mouth in regards to nascar was to bash and put down the sport. The few times I have ever heard him mention it he truly showed his ignorance.


Tony wasn't hosting SNL this last weekend cuz he was in Tulsa defending his chili bowl championship. I don't know if he was ever asked to host the show, but with tona testing and the start of the season just a few weeks off time is a premium to all these drivers and even more so to Tony cuz he chooses to dabel outside of nascar. Stewart had 4 cars not including lasoscky's running the chilibowl this year.

as far as the divorce being off limits to any skits...well that is not what i was hearing while watching sports center last night. My opinion...SNL steered clear of it outta respect for the other party going throught the divorce as well.
