I get jumped on like a hyena on a lion cub... its only then that I begin to get irrational and thats merely just to keep u guys comin back for more. Not sure why you do time after time if it pisses you off so much. And thank you to the people in here that see that.

Why should I, it is called copyright infringement and the board can get in trouble for copyrighted material.

My point is that when I read your post, because you didn't indicate that it was a quote from the board's Terms of Service and Rules, I THOUGHT IT WAS YOUR ORIGINAL MATERIAL.

It wasn't until I clicked on the link that I realized that you copied and pasted it. So as it turns out, you violated the very rule that you were beating SB up for.

This about sums it up for me as well. I don't care who his dumbass roots for. It's the way he conducts himself and the outlandish claims he makes, then pretends he didn't make them, then when he gets upset, pretends he did it on purpose, that bothers me.

Guys guys guys... pj while I appreciate u trying to stand up for me man... he's right... i copied and pasted a huuuuuuge article... he showed me that and i took it down and put just the link... i dont think its copyright infringement to quote the rules on this forum... r they copyrighted? nonetheless the difference is what I copied was from another site... copying something from this site to move it to another part of this site is not infringement

I can see that... although i stopped lettin u guys bother a me while ago... so while u think i get upset and "pretend i did it on purpose" well ur wrong... after about march it became more of a game for me.. like ive said i koow the reaction im gona get so how could i possibly not be doing it on purpose.. regardless.. my outlandish comments and claims are wel.. just something ur gona have to deal with whether u like it or not.... not my fault i believe in my driver more than you guys believe in urs.. or that I decide to be more vocal (so to speak) about it... i enjoy working with the numbers in stats.. so i look them up a lot and when i find something interesting about anyone really ill throw it up.. just so happens i look into Joey stuff first lol.. I could just as easily come here preaching Clint Bowyer, Ricky Stenhouse or any other of my fv drivers. But thats no fun.. won't keep me busy for 6+ pages lol... think what u want.. i just come here to have fun and talk nascar.. if somethings joey related im gona go on about it as long as anyone has something to say, good or bad.. notice i still respond with big replies even to the good comments, and theyre very similar in the idea behind them... but the way i go about it depends on who im talking to ... if not i make conversation elsewhere.. or throw up a joey thread and then im good for a week lol
 
Ok let me solve this so everyone can shutup about it and get back to talking about racing.

What SB did was plagerism, which is considered an ethical offense that can be detrimental to ones educational reputation. He did not post the link from another site for resale, which at that point it would be considered copyright infringement. I believe plagerism is protected by the Copyright Fair Use Policy and Library Exception (is the internet not one giant digit library)? It is very much possible to plagerise without infringing on the rights of others. This coming from a Communications major. SB - don't plagerise but you cannot be prosecuted for it unless you commercialize it.

Nooo I just can't stand ignorance.. so yeah i guess that bothers me.. i just dont get why math is so hard for some people.. its like when people cant spell.. its just annoying...
