Indy RACE thread

Ive moved this comment around a couple times but deleted in irrelevant threads ...

Joey is going to bring The Captain his first Brickyard later this afternoon..

I was watching lap times in practice and noticed a striking similarity to when I did the same thing for Auto Club. That is that Joey's lap times seemed to have much less fall off compared to the rest of the field. They start lower than most but stay within a few 10ths.. while everyone else seems to be falling off about a second and a half. I didnt think much of it when I noticed it at Auto Club but after seeing how that race went Im a bit more confident that he can go win this thing today. :)

My predicted top 5:

1. Juan Montoya (though it pains me to admit it)
2. Jimmie Johnson
3. Kurt Busch
4. Kasey Kahne
5. Tony Stewart

JPM wins at the brickyard as JJ's engine blows up with 40 to go because he's going too fast.

Nice helmet. Didn't Tony climb the fence here once? That image would have made a really cool helmet.

I really like JPM's attitude towards life and how dedicated he is to his family. He also does things to give back that aren't commonly publicized.

Don't know how many years Old Lady Hulman has left in her. Usually I say something obnoxious about her being propped up once again or make some comparison to the Cryptkeeper but seems unfair this year. She really seemed like she had a lot of trouble with the command.

I never really cared for the guy until I spoke with him at Bristol. It was no different then talking to you at MIS. Well, JPM had more hair and was better looking. :D

#39 looks good.
Look at those stands...OUCH!
Like I said in the prediction thread, remember this is the largest sporting venue in the world. She has 250,000 permanent seats and fits 400,000 for the 500. Something to keep in mind.

I'm aware of that, but even with that in consideration they look awfully bare.

Is Danica Patrick the pilot in that GoDaddy "Sky Waitress" commercial?
