What he needs is to nut up.
Doesn't have squat to do with his crew. They dont restart his car for him.
Gordon always lags back on restarts, dont know why. Maybe anticipating a crash or whatever but 9/10 times he gets eaten up because of it.
I'm getting tired of that. Either race like a man or get the freak out rainbow princess.
