I would be okay with the Power penalty if Carpenter received one too. If he didn't, I don't know how you assess Power's to be worse and more 'avoidable'.

Most of the track is entirely unusable. The repave has definitely made me miss "old" Texas. Hopefully it weathers in sooner rather than later.

That said, I think the race turned out to be better than many were expecting.
