Jeff Burton represents a successful NASCAR career. At 46 he has lasted longer than most drivers. He has been successful on the track which gave him opportunities to develop relationships in the industry that has helped him keep a ride. He has a golden sponsor and I suspect he does things for them that may not be apparent to the racing community. I suspect his veteran status at RCR has helped that team during his employment there. Like every successful drive he probably wants to race as long as he can. He's not a back marker and he is no longer one of the front runners. He has earned his ride and will represent his sponsor well. That's what it is all about.
But I am curious what his post driver plans are.
