no particular reason on why I didn’t notice this before
The starting line up for Dover
15 Ford
17 Chevy
5 Toyota
and your point is?
Confirmed, Toyota is the new dodge of nascar. So how much longer before they pull out? Then keep teasing about coming back.
Tells me Toyota spends their money wisely.
They’ve already got 6 wins with those 5 cars, so probably no time soon.Confirmed, Toyota is the new dodge of nascar. So how much longer before they pull out? Then keep teasing about coming back.
And they have more to spend than all others that are involved.
My bold prediction, Toyota will not be a part of gen 7.They’ve already got 6 wins with those 5 cars, so probably no time soon.
That is bold, I’ll give you that.My bold prediction, Toyota will not be a part of gen 7.

Or 'bad'.Misspelled bald.
What are your realizing?
If you knew what he realized, why did you ask?I am pretty sure that he is shocked that with only 5 cars, TRD powered Toyota leads the Manufacturers Standings by 11 points over Ford. It's really astonishing.
Cool. Throwback post day! Love it! Let's go with the Japanese manufacturer has no place in this sport crap! #Merica
Don’t have to.They had to buy Gibbs after all their other teams went bankrupt and ran for the hills. Couldn't build an engine without a tapered spacer to save their lives.

Yeah, Toyota operate essentially as a factory team. Not unlike how a Team Penske is contracted to run Acura's factory sports car program. Obviously it works for them, as they've accomplished everything they wanted to do when they first entered NASCAR - both on the track and off. Is it dangerous? Maybe. If Chevy and Ford decided to do the same we'd have the stock car version of F1 with about fifteen or twenty cars in the field and the same three teams being the only ones who ever win. You can find a lot of teams beyond the big dogs running Roush-Yates, ECR, and Hendrick engines. A lot of them get chassis support as well. Are they as successful? No, but at least it's a model that's more viable for more teams. That's why we're all rooting for TRD to get more involved and expand with an LFR or someone else.
I would like to see Dodge rejoin, and maybe Nissan. Nobody else makes sense. Honda/VW/etc don't make a fullsize truck
Where did I say Toyota shouldn't be in Cup? Youre very sensitive, and jump to conclusions.
The argument that Toyota outspends everybody is crap, and the horror of a Japanese manufacturer went hand in hand with that BS early in Toyota's entry. Hence, the reference to a throwback.
Some Toyota fans do more harm than good for Toyota in the sport.

They certainly did in Formula One. Not that it got them anywhere.
and now we have a thinly veiled factory team in Nascar who only participated with 5 cars. Nothing against the rules, but I and others aren't jumping up in down about it like some are. I hope the others don't follow suit myself. One F-1 series is enough, and Indycar isn't too far behind. So as we have always known money buys speed.
Diagram that sentence. If you knew that I realized what he realized after I realized what I realized, why did you ask?

If Toyota spends 7.6 times the average, what's the average?
