Kurt Busch: No charges filed.

Hard to understand anyone not having compassion for Kyle and his injury, then uttering KARMA.

I never have bought into the Karma thing. Life just has to many senseless moments. Good people often suffer for no apparent reason. Your ability to mindlessly call down the Karma without any apparent worries speaks volumes itself.

I always thought Karma was some crap that yoga fans and hippies liked to prattle on about. It turns out that there are people that actually think it's real.

The authorities all but immediately knew Driscoll was fraudulent. The ONLY reason Nascar suspended him was to quell the public 'hang him with no evidence' people, for their own image. Nascar's image. These people could really give two wooden nickles less about who does what so long as they remain squeaky clean. Every sports business entity, be it racing or football or basketball, has been and will be sitting people on the sidelines until they prove their innocence fore the most idiotic of things. Which in my opinion is very wrong. I think these organizations need to be either standing by the person charged, after having had them swear innocence, and contractually putting their career on the line should they be lying...or they need to be keeping their noses out of it until an official ruling from a court of law. Not the court of public opinion. The evidence in this case never amounted to more than a flay turd on the hood of a car.

Good post johayn , welome to the forum. I think there was a bit more evidence than flay turd ;) , but the court of public opinion is pretty important too .Good post though , keep em comin.

I still confused, what's a flayed Turd.

Karma is just a word bro.

What you believe is "intent" and "misdeeds" or whatever else doesn't make the word any less fake.

People got their believes.

When are people going to learn this simple fact of life? Live and let live.

I agree and as the Bible says "He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous." I think Karma is just a figment of John Lennon's mind and I find it vile that someone would link Kyle's recent injuries with his past behavior.

I agree. The only good Karma I ever saw was from the BeeGees, and them Gibbs boys dying for making that **** music

Different standards.. the restraining order, which imo should have been against Driscoll, was based on a preponderance of evidence, which really is just a greater than 50% likelihood that something happened. I also think they were erring on the side of caution.... that it was better to go ahead and do it.. just to cover their own butts.
I agree Lin, Driscoll is out to destroy Kurt. I am not a fan of either of the Busch bro's but in this case I really believe Driscoll is just scorned.

Yes.. everything about this case, her motives, her going there when she was so "fearful" to begin with, her bringing her son there, her saying all she cared about was him getting help, etc makes no sense. Some say she went there because she was fearful for his state of mind that he might harm himself, etc. But he has a huge support system at the track among his team, his peers, his family.. they were all at the track. So why would he want an ex to be there? So much made no sense. And if she only wanted him to get help, she should be happy now, but she and her lawyer are disappointed because no charges are being filed. That speaks volumes.

And didnt she say when this first started that she just wanted him to get help...that's all, not do anything to hurt him? Well that changed! Did anyone see the picture on Twitter of her with Ron White and she was holding two small hands positioning them like they were "cupping" her face....she later deleted the pic. Got A LOT of hate comments about it...

Yes.. that's exactly what I was trying to say. That she just wanted him to get help. I heard about the pic but heard she deleted the tweet. She's not looking too good in the court of public opinion.

Hey now the Bee Gees were great in the 60's and early 70's

Karma IMO is great to piss off atheists. Instant Karma is even better. A good defamation of character lawsuit won against Driscoll...priceless.
