Maybe these kids weren't around when Dale Sr was winning races and his teammates weren't , when Jimmie was winning multiple championships and his teammates weren't , when Kenseth was winning and winning and his Gibbs teammates weren't . Nascar is plugged full of one teammate winning and the others not .What 's the big deal . Races are tough to win ,everything has to be perfect and luck has to be on your side , case closed .

Most of the others on the team were still at least competitive most years though.
