I know it's only the first race....but did they bring this kid up too fast?......See Joey for example
So after Dillon took out not only him, but also crashed more cars that anyone else, and you're asking if Larson is in over his head?
Casey Atwood forgot all about him....Anyone know what he's doing now?
I bet he is right in the fight on the shorter tracks, the kid can wheel a damn midget with the best of em
Yep, I think he has a great chance to win at BristolBristol
he is not off to a good start in the first race in the cup series, his learning curve is huge and his experience to draw from is not much. Those facts are against him. But one race does not make a season. He has almost no experience to draw from in the unique animal of plate racing. That said, I think on ovals he will do a lot better because of his experience. good rookie bunch this year.

Yep, over his head and trying too hard, but this sport now requires instant results or you'll be looking for work. Unless you have a big sponsor you bring to the party.
Anyone that trys to judge any driver off of one race and especially an RP race...just makes me shake my head.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here since you're new and all but pantie wads are kinda the norm here.Get your panties out of a wad everyone, it was one race. We gotta long way to go!
Well nascar fans are the most opinionated in sports. I'm used to it!I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here since you're new and all but pantie wads are kinda the norm here.
Larson/Dillon, Dillon/Larson. Who knows? Stats throughout their careers heavily favor Dillon when I look them up.
Head to head in.....
Cup, Dillon comes out on top.
Nationwide, Dillon again
Truck, Dillon once again
Larson to Cup to early? Over their head? Who's to say? Time will tell. This should be a great rookie paring this year.
I don't think dillon will ever set the world on fire, he has 2 NW wins both at the same track.10 years from now, Dillon and Larson will still be rivals and both will be very successful. I believe this. They are too talented to not be. The Dillon vs Larson argument won't be settled for a LONG time.

And a championship in two series.I don't think dillon will ever set the world on fire, he has 2 NW wins both at the same track.
What was there 10 or 12 full-time drivers? And a championship in two series.
