Legacy to Toyota

I'm just proposing the question is the goal to make money or win races? If he really wanted to win he would pay for the JGR alliance. At the end of the day I think he wants to be in the black so he doesn't
Well, I questioned his judgement when a 7 time champ for team Chevy decided to go race a yota. Still scratching my head about that. Now this? Like people who buy car polish know who Jimmy Johnson is? If he was going to have a business a Chevy dealership would have made better sense.

He has a Chevy dealership.

Make money, and win races long term. I think we will see how patient he is willing to be when we see his driver line up next year.....

How's that Chevy thing working out for anybody other than Hendrick right now? Chevy gave him the finger.

Looks like they jerked about 50 HP out of those cheatin yotas. We'll see at Texas another fast track.
Oh no, you don't understand. Chevy found about 150 horsepower, and in the hands of the next Dale Earnhardt, they were unstoppable. I know these things because I listen to NASCAR Radio.

Again with THIS narrative? Jimmie turned down his chance to be right along JG at Hendrick, and then, after showing ZERO interest in being a team owner, and getting Chevy's blessing to drive a Honda Indy car, he buys into a team that happens to be a Chevy at the moment, knowing that the team was unlikely to get get a Chevy deal. That's all on HIM. Ironically enough, if he had just held tight for a couple years, they probably could've had a Chevy deal once Kaulig jumped ship. I have always been a firm believer that sometimes loyalty doesn't work out in the short term, but if you stick with it, it can pay long-term dividends. That's one reason I have so much respect for Rick and RC, and the Wood family. Those are people who never forgot who got them there in the first place.

Legacy came about because the Yotas let it be known that they were looking for another team because because they were getting beat by the numbers at the plate tracks because OEM's worked with fellow OEM's generally.
So instead of people coming from far and wide to apply, their only taker was Legacy.
So here is Legacy with two previous Toyota/Gibbs rejects for drivers and it's time to sell some car polish I guess.
