It was one of the better Nascar races this year. The media did a good job with not only covering the race, but the announcers did well in analyzing the race cars I thought. The N'wide cars that aren't gen6 were drivable, plenty of hard racing all day long. Races like this only happen usually a couple of times a season, glad I got to watch it.

Definitely a good race. Too bad we didn't get to see if Hornish had anything for 'em at the end :(

there is a 20 lap caution..will we even see a car in the pit real time. or will we get to see a car or two after the commercial barrage.

Sometimes I wonder who wants Earnhardt to win more, he himself or the media ;)

I tune in for racing so I try to flip the channel during the pace laps. All the prerace hooplah holds little to no interest for me :biggrin:
 
ok just had to switch over to TNT pre race, see if it is all about Junior. Not looking forward to the race coverage unless they have slacked off on all the commercial screen crap.
 
TNT is trying really hard to take the fan focus off the idiotic comments from Brad K. and remake his public persona, aint workin.
 
Healthy crowd! Cool move by the 11 group paying tribute like that.
